Sometimes it is difficult to see the wood for the trees and a facilitated process was required. Using our prescribed approach meant that the senior team were able to see the way forward and approach the future with confidence.

Recent Projects - 'From Vision to Reality'

Establishing the Vision, can often be the easy part; bringing that vision into reality and getting people to buy-in and totally support the vision by changing or improving the way that they do things, can be more difficult.

Workshops were designed and organised for 130 managers within this HIGH STREET RETAILER, the intention being to convert these key managers into Advocates of Change. These advocates became instrumental in persuading others to come on board and embrace the changes that needed to occur. In addition, key measures of success were put in place to plot progress and a number of business critical projects commenced.

The results of this approach meant that people at all levels felt that they really could make a difference to the organisation and they were now able to fully contribute to the business success. The growth rate of this business since this initiative is quite astonishing and people feel far more valued than ever before. There is also a much more focused and receptive approach to change.
