Coaching sessions provide an invaluable source of support and development for managers and business leaders.

The main goals are to help you to reduce staff attrition, improve communications, enhance the leadership within your company, increase sales and profits, take your development to the next level and to assist you in formulating solutions to your challenges and difficulties.

Coaching is an individualised approach to your professional development that focuses on results and outcomes.


Coaching solutions are offered face to face or via the telephone.

You will have your own strengths and weaknesses.  It is our goal to help you to play to your strengths and to work on your weaknesses.

How will it work?

 

We will hold an initial meeting with you to ensure that the ‘chemistry’ is right between us and you feel that we will be able to help you with your personal development.

 

We will discuss in broad terms, both your and our expectations in terms of outcomes.

 

Our recommendation would be to hold 6 x 2 hour sessions with you. 

 

During these sessions we will focus on:

 

  • What are your most important needs just now?
  • What are your most important goals – have I got quality goals?
  • What stops you from achieving your goals?
  • What blocks, obstacles or challenges get in the way?
  • How can the obstacles be overcome?

Every meeting will conclude with an action plan

 

We will utilise appropriate psychometric tests to help you become more self-aware, these may include Myers-Briggs, Firo-B and others as deemed necessary.

Typical Process which may vary to meet specific needs

 

1st meeting

2nd meeting

  • Clarify specific goals and objectives
  • Identify essential and desirable job skills
  • Identify potential blocks, obstacles which will get in the way
  • Discuss ways of overcoming blocks

  • Completion of Myers-Briggs Type Inventory
  • Discuss 360 degree feedback possibilities
  • Agree action Plan

 

3rd meeting
